How do you determine if a manager has delivered or not? it's fairly simple. Judge him by results. You cannot argue against results. If a manager inherited a very challenging business, you have to judge him by the differences he has made during his stewardship . Is the business better off today than he met it? Are there enough facts on ground to prove it? etc.  These are the little things that will help you get the answer.

When GEJ officially assumed office as President on May 6, 2010, he inherited several challenges in every area of national life. The best way to judge him is to look at facts and person. In this season of politicking, it is easy for facts to get lost on the altar of political intrigues.
