THE SIGNS OF IMPUNITY ON THE PART OF GEN. MUHAMMADU BUHARI IS VERY CLEAR AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN.

It is becoming very clear that no matter how much they make over Gen. Mohammadu Buhari, he cannot change.

Lets look at the following;

The first step to apply to Nigerians for the job he is aspiring to (Presidency of the country). He summited his application papers and did not attach the most basic requirement which he said he has, the WASCE/CAMBRIDGE certificate he claimed he acquired in 1961.

He then went on to swear an affidavit in court (Oath before a court officer) claiming that the said certificate is with the military board etc

Note: it’s a crime according to Nigerian laws to lie under oath and its punishable by law.

When the military authority clarified to the nation that they do not have Gen Buhari’s certificates as he claimed but only a recommendation letter from his principal amongst other application documents stating that he (principal) believe that Buhari  will be able to pass the required subjects if he takes the exams which is  not the same as having taken the exams.

He replied by presenting a statement of result purportedly issued by the principal of the school he attended supported by a master result sheet which had hand written alterations, which ordinarily should have rendered it invalid according to the rules governing the handling of those documents.

In his press conference on the issue, he claims that the whole certificate issue was a NON ISSUE and that he wouldn't have responded to Nigerians if not for ………..

 As we all know today the statement of result he submitted and the master result sheet is being questioned and believed to have been forged by a cross section of Nigerians

He has refused to do the most basic of requirements, which is to apply to the examination body to make available the proof that he sat and passed the exams. A 15 year old child will take this basic step if he is in this kind of situation with an application to a higher school.

Note that in the course of applying for the job he has committed a crime of lying to the Nigerian public and the institution of the judiciary thereby committing a crime against the nation.

Note that he is also being accused of forgery as it stands and a case is likely to be instituted in the court if not already done.

Still his reaction remains; ''It’s a NON ISSUE''. And he has arrogantly told all Nigerians to go to hell with his statement that he has submitted his documents to INEC and that’s it.

In 2014 alone EFCC has secured court sentencing for the following on the basis of document forgery and perjury,  (lying to the courts under oath) and fraud amongst others. as listed in THISDAY of 20^th January 2015 out of a total convictions of 129 persons.

Before the law according to the RULE of LAW ALL NIGERIANS ARE EQUAL. It could be you tomorrow that will be thrown in jail for this kind of crime. We should at least use our voice and vote to say a BIG NO to impunity and ASSERT that all Nigerians are equal before the law.

We have also seen in the space of about 4 weeks that the man being presented as the change agent to fight and eliminate corruption says in week one of campaign in Port Harcourt to all Nigerians that he will work to sentence all corrupt politicians to jail in Kirikiri Max security prison. When reminded by Nigerians that he is currently benefiting from corruption as all those sponsoring and paying his bills, Bola Tinubu, Rotimi Ameachi, Bukola Saraki, Timipre Silver, Rabiu Kwankwanso, Atiku Abubakar, Babtunde Fashola etc are all in the category of those he has branded corrupt politicians meaning they will all also end up in Kirikiri prison. He says to Nigerians in week 3 of campaigns that he will not touch anybody who has been corrupt up till the time he becomes president. That he will only look at those who will become corrupt from when he assumes office. This means those who have 10 years or more of corruptly acquired contract to collect toll from roads they did not build can continue to do so until he leaves office if elected and the anti-corruption president will not see anything wrong with it.

BUHARI IS ENJOYING THE PROCEEDS OF CORRUPTION AND IS TELLING ALL NIGERIANS THAT HE WILL SHIELD THE PEOPLE THAT ARE PROVIDING IT TO HIM IN HIS FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION. VERY ARROGANT AND SHAMELESS.

LET NOBODY BE DECEIVED. THIS 73 YRS OLD MAN WANTS POLITICAL POWER FOR A DIFFERENT REASON OTHER THAN FIGHTING CORRUPTION
